Fused magnesium aluminum spinel of Ruishi Brand is produced by mixing the industrial alumina with the purity no less than 98.5% and the caustic-burned magnesia with the purity no less than 96% and an appropriate amount of high purity magnesite (the content of MgO is over 47%), and smelting with high temperature in the electric arc furnaces. And it can be processed into spinel clinker with the monolithic content of 70% and solid melts clinker with the monolithic content of 90%, and also the different size particle, fine powder and superfine powder. Its grain is well developed with the features of compact texture and uniform structure, which is high-grade raw material for producing spinel, magnesia refractory products with high intensity, good thermal shock resistance.

Fused magnesium aluminum spinel of Ruishi Brand has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high density, low water absorption, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability, and strong corrosion resistance. It is ideal material to cast sliding plate, nozzle bricks, ladle bricks and open hearth furnace bricks, as well as the basic material for ecotone bricks of large cement kilns, medium cement kilns, refractory castable materials and first-class and medium-class kiln furniture. And it is widely used in iron and steel smelting, cement rotary kiln and glass furnace.
